Allison has seen the best and worst of relationships, either through her own personal experience or through those of her friends and colleagues. She cannot stand watching people go through heartbreak so she shares these experiences and advice to help prevent future heartbreaks and to really find one’s true love.
Allison has traveled throughout the world and even lived in Costa Rica for four years. She is fluent in Spanish and speaks a little Portuguese, French and Chinese. She has not only embraced these foreign cultures but she has also been able to experience first hand intercultural relationships and how dating around the world can be very different from dating at home. Currently she is facing the ups and downs of a long distance relationship.
She has mastered the art of online communication and the beauty of forming a strong relationship through online messaging, texting and web- caming. But that does not mean that she hasn’t experienced the uncomfortable trips to singles parties, getting set up on blind dates by her friends and taking the initiative to find Mr. Right. Sometime you have to survive love and other times you have to embrace it with an open heart.
When Allison isn’t dabbling in her online dating, you can find her teaching yoga and karate classes as she is 3rd degree black belt, working on her children’s book, hanging out in New York City, working on her freelance writing projects or learning new languages to communicate her message of love to all cultures.
